Chicken with Almonds is the most famous dish of Chinese cuisine. Who among us has not tried at least once!? The recipe we propose is very simple. We have prepared our chicken breast with almonds excellent buy at the market. They were beautiful, but for shelling ... I must say that this was the most boring thing in the preparation of the dish. We therefore recommend the use of shelled almonds.

- Heat up a pan with a little water. When the water boils, plunge the almonds and boil 1 minute.

- Place the almonds on a baking tray and to inform 180 ° 15 minutes. In this way the almonds and dry toast. Note: During cooking, turn the almonds a few times to make sure that you roaster from all sides and assume a uniform color.
- Remove from oven and let rest.
- Peel, wash and thinly slice the onion.
- Depriving the chicken breasts of any fat parts or ribs.
- Cut it into pieces not too small. NB: the size of the pieces is discretionary. Cooking is still rapid. If you want, you can also use the chicken breast that ritaglierete slice into strips.
- Flour the chicken pieces thus obtained.
- In a wok (or a large pan), put a little olive oil (we used the ages, but it's good enough oil sunflower seeds) and the sliced onion.
- Allow to cook on low heat for a few minutes (As usual the onion must not become dark but transparent).
- Grate the onion on a bit of ginger. NB: This ingredient is optional. It should be added only if they like the taste.
- Add the chicken pieces and stir.
- Fry from all sides and add half a glass of warm water.
- Lower the heat and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring often.
- Take up the almonds and add to the skillet.
- Drizzle with 3 4-spoons of soy sauce. Also the amount of soy sauce to use is linked to personal taste. Since this is still a very tasty ingredient, do not add salt.
- Cook another minute and turn off the heat.
- Bring to the table.
