Preparation

  • Tie the pork tenderloin with string to keep it in shape.
  • Peel and wash garlic.
  • Clean and wash sage and rosemary.

cooking

  • Put some oil, garlic and juniper berries in a pan from the sides edges containing the meat measurement.
