Being the first course you eat, we often play around here. And the restaurant is often "fill up" with the starters and not "honor" the rest of the menu.
In particular with the fish there are endless variations, cold, heat and au gratin. With the meat just to have a nice cold cuts to get away, but you can do much more with the many variables of toast or omelettes with vegetables.
